1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of Savvy SIE (the "App", at savvysie.com), built and operated by Maniot Ventures ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Exam preparation only

Savvy SIE helps you prepare for FINRA's Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam. Everything in it, including lessons, practice questions, rationales, guides and the study plan, is educational material for exam preparation. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Customers and companies in examples are fictional.

3. Not affiliated with FINRA

SIE is administered by FINRA; Savvy SIE is not affiliated with or endorsed by FINRA. "SIE" and "Securities Industry Essentials" refer to FINRA's exam and are used only to describe what the App helps you prepare for. Practice questions are original and are not actual exam questions.

4. No guarantee of results

We work hard to keep the content accurate and current, and we check it against primary sources such as FINRA, the SEC, the MSRB and the IRS. Rules and exam details change, though, and mistakes can happen. We do not guarantee that the content is complete or error-free, or that using the App will lead to a passing score. Always check exam rules and registration requirements with FINRA and your firm. If you find a mistake, tell us at [email protected].

5. Your use of the App

Use it for your own preparation, lawfully, and without trying to disrupt it, break its security or copy its content in bulk.
Do not use it, or anything copied from it, during an exam. FINRA exams are closed book.
Your progress is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping it (for example, by not clearing your browser's site data). Your Savvy SIE Pass is kept on your account, so signing in again brings it back.Full access is kept on your account, so signing in again brings it back.

6. Content and ownership

The App's lessons, questions, explanations, guides, design and brand are owned by Maniot Ventures or used with permission. You may share links to our public pages. You may not republish or sell our content without written permission.

7. Payments

Nothing is sold in the Savvy SIE app for Android. The diagnostic, the daily set, the first lesson of every module, the featured lessons, How the SIE Works, shorter or untimed practice sets, and one full timed 80-question exam are open to everyone. Some lessons and tests open only for an account with full access: if yours has it, sign in with its email and they open on this device too.

7. Price and the Savvy SIE Pass

Part of the App is free: the diagnostic, the daily set, the first lesson of every module, the featured lessons, How the SIE Works, shorter or untimed practice sets, and one full timed 80-question exam. The Savvy SIE Pass unlocks the rest (every lesson, unlimited full timed exams, readiness by outline section and the study plan).

Price: US$9.99, paid once through Stripe. The price is shown before you pay.
Length: 6 months of full access from the day you buy it. Buying another Pass while one is active adds 6 months after the first one ends.
No subscription: the Pass never renews and never charges you again.
Your account: the Pass belongs to the email you sign in with, so it works on any device where you sign in with that email.
Questions about a charge or a refund: email [email protected] from the address you signed in with. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the Pass it bought ends.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features and content, and we may update these terms. The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Maniot Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App, including exam outcomes or investment decisions.
